Lavona Smith – Cosmetology Director & School Cofounder
Lavona has had an extensive and successful career in the cosmetology and barbering industry. With almost two decades of experience starting from 2005, she has not only been actively working in the field but has also achieved success as a salon owner and educator. Additionally, her role as a teacher for beauty and barber professionals indicates a commitment to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the industry.
David Jurcic – Barber Director & School Cofounder
David has been in the barber industry since 1990. He was an educator for American Crew for 12 years – reaching National All Star level for 6 of those 12 years. During that time he was a successful Barber Shop and Salon owner. David has also been tapped to proctor the Pennsylvania State Barber License Test. Prior to opening his own Barber school Dave has been a teacher at Barber schools in Erie and Pittsburgh
